50% said recruiting talent and 47% said mitigating staff burnout and employee retention. So, it was not a surprise to me when the data came back showing that recruiting and even retaining talent was like a top issue for them. I am a millennial. I’m so excited to be invited here. It doesn’t seem to be getting any easier for them.
