In the US, I keynoted and gave workshops at nonprofit conferences in Pittsburgh , North Carolina , Buffalo , and Omaha. In addition, I presented a webinar on training design and facilitated a session on nonprofit technology training design at NTC. I plan to do that with facilitation techniques for design and innovation labs.
