In the fall of 2012, Maddie Grant and Jamie Notter , authors of Humanize , surveyed 505 individuals about socialmedia and leadership. Among the findings: “84% agree that leadership involvement in socialmedia gives their company a competitive edge.” That doesn’t surprise me.
