I started with a New York Times recipe ( archived version ), but added red bell pepper, jalapeo, cinnamon, green onions, and chickpeas. On the side, roasted broccoli with red onion, cayenne, and garlic powder, plus a nuked sweet potato. One more from the freezer: a pretty darn tasty (leftover Christmas) turkey curry with greens.
