On 3 rd December I delivered a full-day workshop for the Small Charities Coalition on Building engagement through e-mail newsletters. It was interesting to hear that the challenges small charities face were very similar to those experienced by membership bodies. A recent MemberWise survey states that the most cited open rate is between 21%-30% and the average click through rate is 18%.
