Out of Order

Idea Architects

Salad, entree, dessert. That's the proper order for an enjoyable meal, right? Except in Europe where you are more likely to end with a salad. A predictable order to any common activity can be comforting to some, it can quickly become an unnecessary fixed routine that is just one step away from a rut.
