In the association world, memberengagement is always a top priority – but it’s not always a successful endeavor. Most associations don’t have an easy way to measure memberengagement across all their different systems and touch points. This helped to nurture and engage these members until they were eligible.
Through machine learning, AI gets smarter over time by analyzing member data everything from which events they attend to which articles they read. It can even understand written feedback and questions from members, thanks to its ability to process human language. Without it, interactions can feel impersonal and drive members away.
