Their listserv technology is terrible. Their online community is terrible and something theyve barely--if ever--mentioned or promoted to members. And when are they going to put their money where their mouth is and devote the resources to fleshing out that aspect of the memberexperience? Like what you read?
If each department within an association is using these technologies without knowing what other departments within the organization are using, there is a lot of redundancy of features going on.
