Then we can use our data and other methods to get memberinsights and find out what is common between them, what their problems are, what their goals are and what their needs and preferences are.
The trouble is, many associations are losing members because they are no longer solving problems that members can’t solve for themselves. Industry articles are published for free on the Internet. Let’s find a problem for members that they can’t solve themselves and solve it for them. Focus on What We Do.
