Now we can act on that information. We can develop offerings members love. We can attract high-quality members with our improved marketing. Do you know what they will be struggling with three years from now? It is Day 1 for the associations who know the answers to these questions. We can change the organization’s strategy.
If you are short on time and money, no worries, you can still conduct a very informative listening tour via the phone. We then use these assumptions to inform our plans moving forward. If you feel you don’t have unbias critical answers to inform significant changes, it is time to look beyond the data. It is time to discover your members’ stories. Interpreting this data we unconsciously make assumptions about their behaviors.
