August 5, 2020 was the deadline for Governor Kemp to sign or veto legislation passed by the Georgia General Assembly in this year’s legislative session. Known as the Georgia COVID-19 Pandemic Business Safety Act, the legislation will become effective Friday, August 7. This includes Senate Bill 359.
