I give some of the credit to my homemade eggnog —a legendary recipe in Arlington VA and Sacramento CA, but the NC crowd aren’t eggnog fans so I made only half a batch for my personal indulgence. Leadership by its very nature requires a degree of distance from colleagues, but too much distance makes it difficult to call on others.
